These terms and conditions apply to Enny Sundell's’ Web site located at www.ennysundell.com and all associated Web sites linked to www.ennysundell.com by its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. My Web store is hosted on Wix. They provide my with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell our products and services to you.

Product Availability

All of my jewelry is designed and handcrafted in my studio in Uppsala. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please call me and I can tell you when the item will be available or not. Because this jewelry is made in my facility, there may be a 1-2 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I collect information from you when you register on my site, place an order, subscribe to my newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on my website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit my site anonymously. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Any of the information I collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To personalize your experience (your information helps me to better respond to your individual needs)

• To improve my website (I continually strive to improve my website offerings based on the information and feedback I receive from you)

• To improve customer service (your information helps me to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

• To process transactions

• To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature

• To send periodic emails if you sign to them

I implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. I offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on my servers.

Information to outside parties

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist my in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through my website and not to information collected offline. By using my website, you consent to my websites privacy policy.

Changes to my Privacy Policy

If I decide to change my privacy policy, I will post those changes on this page.

Payment

By purchasing on this site you confirm that the Paypal account or credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by Paypal or via your credit/debit card linked to your Paypal account. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on my website site.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Pay Pal, which is a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.

Order Cancellation

Unless you cancel your order within 14 working days after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Enny Sundell Deign & Co will be completed when the goods have been dispatched. To cancel your contract you must notify me of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 14 day period stated above will be at the discretion of Enny Sundell Deisgn & Co company.

Defected and damaged items

All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, I may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify me from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact me here within 14 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. I will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted me about the fault.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Each piece of Enny Sundell Design & Co is made to order, therefore I cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances I may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.

Upon receipt of items, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). I will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take up to 14 working days to credit your account.
